Dear Ocean Reef to Key West Conchs (new and old),
Holly and I have starkly different visions for the Keys. My opponent caters to special interests and sells off our resources, while I fight for the constituents who want a say in long-term decisions affecting their neighborhoods and tax dollars.
A small group benefits from Holly's tenure. In contrast, I represent the unheard voices of our locals that call this place their forever homes, advocating for effective management of our coastal resources.
Since 2005, I've collaborated with local business owners, contractors, engineers, architects, environmental consultants, marine scientists, educators, land use planners, building examiners, and attorneys. This local team will guide critical decisions on flooding protection, hurricane resilience, infrastructure updates, coral reef recovery, and land use planning.
I'll ensure government contracts go to those with the best knowledge and innovative solutions, saving taxpayer money and encouraging healthy competition.
My husband and his family have deep roots in the Keys, and I refuse to let an outsider carve up our land for profit.
I offer a new trajectory, balancing livelihood and natural resource protection. Together, we can preserve our beloved home.
